Cathy Hazzlerigg formed
Versatile Seminars Plus in 2003.
As a Life and Leadership Coach, Trainer, and
Speaker, Cathy Hazzlerigg
brings
experience
from
diverse ends of the spectrum, which enables her
to
address
and reach people from all walks of life.
Her background, education and professionalism equip
her to help others improve both their professional and personal
lives. Cathy is a
Certified Human Resources Professional and a Certified Personality
Trainer, with her Masters in Hotel Management from the University of
Nevada. She
holds certificates of completion from the Center for Biblical
Counseling in two programs, Caring for People God's Way and
Marriage Works. She is a past president of High Noon Lectern
Toastmasters Club. Cathy has worked in the business
industry as a Director of Human Resources, where she became keenly
aware the importance of human relations and continuous
learning.
Cathy has extensive experience in
creating and implementing various training programs. Through
coaching, Cathy empowers people to make positive life
changes. Cathy is
equipped to train, speak and coach in various arenas, including
businesses, churches, group settings and personally, one on
one. Through these
sessions, staff members, couples, parents, and people of all walks
of life, have gained insights that have improved the quality of
their lives and relationships, both in the workplace and in their
personal lives.
Cathy has found that in working with people in
business, their personal life most often affects their work
life. Her tools are versatile in that they typically can be
utilized in both the work arena and the personal
arena.
In
her relationship work, Cathy has waged "War on
Divorce". She has been divorced and
spent a number of years as a single parent, and in a blended family.
She feels that God has blessed her with a wonderful husband and vows
that this marriage will be her last. She and her husband
have been studying marital topics for the past several years doing
all they can to not only stay married "this time", but to have a
"great" marriage. With the divorce rate being 50% for
first marriages, 60% for second marriages and 70% for the third,
Cathy's vision is to do her part to help others reduce that
statistic. One
way to reduce the divorce rate is for singles to employ the practice
of "Consciously Dating". That includes making better life
partner choices. Once married, the work is not
over. Being married takes commitment and hard
work.
